This paper makes a value analysis of the"two regressions":returning to the essential requirement of education and returning to the value pursuit of society, and discusses the basic strategy of"construc-tion from three aspects and development from one aspect":con-structing a campus atmosphere with excellent traditional culture, constructing a professional teacher team, constructing innovative classroom teaching, and developing spread channels suitable for the characteristics of"post-90s"university students.
