With relevant theories of personalized learning as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzes the dialectical relation-ship between network environment and personalized learning, then explores the ways to realize personalized learning in the net-work environment from network learning resources, resources management system and interactive instruction system, and final-ly proposes several suggestions on the behavior optimization of personalized learning in the network environment.%本文以个性化学习相关理论为切入点，分析网络环境与个性化学习两者之间的辩证关系，进而从网络学习资源、资源管理系统以及交互的授课系统探究个性化学习在网络环境下的实现途径，最后对网络环境下个性化学习的行为优化提出几点建议。
