采用积极心理资本量表与中国大学生适应量表,研究新生心理资本与学校适应的关系,结果发现:是否担任班干部在心理资本自我效能感因子上存在极显著性差异,且在学校适应多个维度上存在显著性差异;大学新生的心理资本与学校适应之间存在显著相关,乐观、自我效能感、韧性、希望是学校适应的有效预测变量.%Positive psychological capital scale and adjustment scale for Chinese students were adopted to research the relation-ship between the psychological capital and school adaptation of freshmen, and it was found in the results: there is a significant difference in the self-efficacy factor of psychological capital with regard to whether to be a class cadre, and there is a significant difference in multiple dimensions of school adaptation;university freshmen's psychological capital and school adaption are signifi-cantly correlated, and optimism, self-efficacy, toughness and hope are effective predictive variables of school adaptation.
