The multicultural education formed in 1960s and 1970s of Western society, and it advocates the multicultural value identity and multicultural education idea of mutual respect, to maintain the spirit of education equality of opportunity, to im-prove the ethnic students' academic achievement and so on. Our country is a multi-ethnic country, so there is a diversity of ethnic and cultural diversity, and if teachers have the idea of multicul-tural education, they can adapt to and develop multicultural edu-cation.
