学籍档案作为学校教学档案的一个重要组成部分，充分反映了学生在校期间学习、生活等方面的实际表现。成人教育相比于普通全日制学生教育来说有其特殊性，其学籍档案管理也有所区别。本文主要就当前成人教育档案管理进行实践与讨论。%Enrollment files,as an important part of college teach-ing archives, fully reflect students' actual performance during the period of school study, life and other aspects. Compared with or-dinary full-time education, adult education has its particularity, including its enrollment files management. In this paper, the cur-rent files management in adult education is practiced and dis-cussed.
