The personnel in higher humanistic quality is needed in tourism industry field due to its properties.The article explored the status and existing problem in higher education,pointing out that humanistic quality education in professional training in Tourism Management is not paid much attention,which leads to the low identity of this major and will easily cause crisis of professional ethics.In order to improve the personal humanistic quality in tourism management,it was suggested that colleges and universities should face the role of humanistic quality education and to adjust the personnel training plan.%旅游行业的属性决定了旅游管理人才需要具备较高的人文素质。文章对目前高校旅游管理人才培养中人文素质教育的现状及问题展开分析,指出当前该类人才培养中人文素质教育并没有得到足够的重视,这不仅不利于学生对本专业价值的认同,而且为管理人才的职业道德危机埋下伏笔。在此基础上,建议高校正视人文素质教育在旅游管理人才培养中的作用,并围绕人文素质教育的提升对人才培养计划进行相应的调整,以提高旅游管理人才的人文素质。
