过大落差断层深孔预裂爆破合理孔距研究

         

摘要

Aiming at the problem of the New Dragon Mine 2302N face through high fault,;deep hole pre-splitting blasting reasonable hole space was studied.Based on related research, it describes the mechanism and development lawof fracture zones in deep hole pre-splitting blasting, analysed the calculation method of deep hole pre-splitting blasting fracture zone, proposed the method that in accordance deep hole pre-splitting blasting fracture zone partially overlapping and through to determined hole space.By numerical simulation, analysis and extended overlap blasting fracture zone, combining the theoretical calculation, blasting hole spacing is determined as 1.5 m.According to field test, the program has achieved good blasting effect, verify the validity of the method to determine the hole space, improve the efficiency of working face through fault greatly.%针对新巨龙煤矿2302N工作面过大落差断层问题,对深孔预裂爆破合理孔距进行研究.基于相关研究,阐述了深孔预裂爆破裂隙区的作用机理和发育规律,分析了深孔预裂爆破裂隙区的计算方法,提出了根据深孔预裂爆破裂隙区贯通并部分重叠确定孔距的方法;通过数值模拟,分析了爆破后裂隙区的扩展和重叠情况,结合理论计算最终将试验区炮孔间距确定为1.5 m.经现场试验.取得了较好的爆破效果,验证了选取孔距方法的合理性,极大提高了工作面过断层的效率.
