盾构壁后注浆浆液需根据实际工程,满足相应的工作性能要求;并达到一定的注浆效果.基于室内试验和现场试验,分析了各注浆材料掺比与浆液工作性的关系,提出了适合工程施工的浆液配比.通过探地雷达技术对注浆效果进行分析评价,得出拱顶注浆效果好于边墙.应注意对壁后注浆效果不佳区域及时补注浆液,防止地层塌陷.%The performance of shield grouting slurry must fit in with the requirements according to the actual project and achieve the corresponding grouting effect.Based on the indoor and field tests, the relationship between grouting mixing ratio and the performance were analyzed, and a grout proportion suitable for the project was proposed.Besides, the grouting effect was analyzed by the GPR technology.Attention should be paid to the poor grouting effect areas for the purpose of prevention of strata subsidence.
