轧制速度加载方式对轧机振动特性的影响

         

摘要

Chatter marks are prone to produce on the surface of steel strip which results in a bad surface quality and even a bad influence on the steel service. However, due to the complicated mill operation condition, one of present existing problems is that rolling parameters loading ways effects the chatter vibration of roll mill. The Sendzimir twenty-high roll mill coupled dynamic model was proposed and the effect of rolling speed on the rolling mill vibration characteristics in the process of loading was analyzed. The models are tested by field test, and the empirical studies show that the proposed model is effective and the analysis process is reasonable. And providing a theoretical and practical support for optimizing rolling parameters loading ways, restraining the chatter vibration, and improving the quality of the strip surface and economic benefits.%带钢在轧制过程中表面会产生振痕,严重影响带钢表面质量及后续使用,但由于复杂多变的轧制工况,轧制参数加载方式对轧机振痕振动的影响仍是目前存在的难题之一.建立了森吉米尔二十辊轧机耦合动力学模型,研究了轧制速度在加载过程中对轧机振动特性的影响.利用现场试验验证了模型的有效性和分析过程的合理性.为合理优化轧制参数加载方式,抑制或消除振痕振动,对提高带钢表面质量和经济效益提供了重要的理论与实践支撑.
