低水胶比下掺玻璃粉水泥浆力学性能和活性

         

摘要

为了研究低水胶比下掺玻璃粉水泥浆的浆体力学性能和活性,运用活性因子法排除干扰因素,探讨了低水胶比对不同掺量玻璃粉水泥浆强度的影响规律.结果表明:水化反应早期,玻璃粉的微集料效应与密实填充占据主要地位,玻璃粉的火山灰效应忽略不计.有效水灰比随玻璃粉掺量增加而增加,玻璃粉-水泥浆体中的Ca2+浓度降低,生成的C-S-H凝胶数量相对减少,整个复合体系之间的黏结力下降,玻璃粉与水泥的界面效应也相应减弱,从而引起玻璃粉-水泥硬化浆体的抗压强度降低.%To study activation and mechanical properties of cement paste with glass powder under low water-cement,the interference factors are eliminated by activity factor analysis,discuss on the law of strength influence of cement paste with different replacement of glass powder under low water-cement ratio.The results indicated that the dense packing and micro-aggregate effect of glass powder play an important role in the early days of hydration reaction,but the pozzolanic effect of glass powder can be almost neglected.The effectively water-cement increase with the quantity of glass powder increasing,and caused Ca2+ concentration of glass-powder paste decrease,generated quantity of C-S-H gel were decreased, not only reduce cohesive force between whole composite system,but also relatively weakly interface effect of glass powder and cement,and then induce compressive strength of glass powder-cement hardened paste decrease.
