松龄血脉康胶囊干预大鼠动脉粥样硬化的作用及机制

         

摘要

正常大鼠饲喂高脂饲料配合腹腔注射维生素D3建立AS(动脉粥样硬化)大鼠模型.将实验大鼠随机分为正常组(A组)、模型组(B组)、松龄血脉康胶囊低(0.6 g·kg-1·d-1,C组)、高(1 g·kg-1·d-1,D组)剂量组、阳性对照辛伐他汀组(10 mg· kg-1·d-1,E组).12周后腹主动脉取血检测各组血脂;酶联免疫吸附法测定各组血清超敏C反应蛋白、白介素6及单核细胞趋化蛋白1含量.12周后与B组相比,D组可以显著降低血脂(TC、LDL)(P<0.05)并使血清超敏C反应蛋白及白介素6含量显著下降(P<0.01);C组、D组血清单核细胞趋化蛋白1含量显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01).松龄血脉康胶囊可通过降低AS大鼠血脂;降低血清超敏C反应蛋白、单核细胞趋化蛋白1、白介素6的水平,减轻炎症反应,阻止AS发展.%Normal rats were fed with high lipid feedstuff to set up atherosclerosis rat model. The rats were ran-domly divided into 5 groups of A (normal rats),B (atherosclerosis rats),C (atherosclerosis rats fed with Songling Xuemaikang Capsule 0.6 g·kg-1·d-1),D (atherosclerosis rats fed with Songling Xuemaikang Capsule 1 g·kg-1· d-1) and E (atherosclerosis rats fed with Simvastatin 10 mg·kg-1·d-1). After 12 weeks,the lipid indexes,hs-CRP, IL-6,MCP-1 in serum of each group rats were measured. The main blood lipid indexes(TC,LDL) in group of D was lower than those in group B (P<0.05). Hs-CRP and IL-6 had decreased significantly (P<0.01) in group of D after 12 weeks. MCP-1 had decreased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01) in group of C and D. Son-gling Xuemaikang capsule could intervene with experimental atherosclerotic development in rats,which mechanism might be that Songling Xuemaikang capsule could suppressive the main indexes (TC,LDL) and reduce inflamma-tion reactions.
