The tailstock box model of high rigidity CNC machine tools is build. Finite element analysis by the software named Hyperworks is analyzed. Deformation, stress, low-frequency are got. Then a topology optimization for it is maken. A optimization program which change its structure is proposed. The program ensures the maximum deformation , the maximum stress increases , the low - end frequencies remain basically unchanged and it can reduce the tailstock box's weight of 4. 24%. The topology optimization is helpful for improving the control performance of the cabinet box.%建立了高刚度数控机床的尾座箱体模型.通过运用Hyperworks软件,对其进行了有限元分析.获得了尾座箱体模型的变形、应力、低阶频率等相关性能.进一步对其进行拓扑优化,改变了尾座箱体的结构,提出了优化方案.该方案在保证最大变形,最大应力增大,低阶频率保持基本不变的情况下,可使重量减轻4.24%,减低了箱体的运动惯性,有利于提高箱体的控制性能.
