离心泵的P/Pmax关系式推导及其无因次性能曲线研究

         

摘要

First of all, according to the basic theory formulas of centrifugal pump, the formula of the ratio of the shaft power and the maximum shaft power of pump , which reflects the relationship of the impeller geometric parameters and n, of pump, are deduced. Then based on the deduced relation and used of the Matlab drawing functions , the non-dimensional graphs , which reflects the changes between the P/P and n,, are drew up with the leaf number Z 4, 5, 6 .respectively and export lay angle for 9 ° ~ 20 °. The graphs has certain theoretical reference value for the no-overload centrifugal pump design.%首先根据离心泵的基本理论公式,推导出泵的轴功率和最大轴功率的比值P/Pmax与泵叶轮的几何参数和比转数之间的关系.然后依此关系式,利用Matlab的绘图功能,绘制出了叶片数Z分别为4、5、6,出口安放角β2为9°~20°时的P/Pmax随比转数ns变化时的无因次曲线图.对无过载离心泵的设计具有一定的参考价值.
