隧道侵限整治用煤矸石粉高性能注浆材料的研发

         

摘要

Adopt compound stimulation measures of the thermal activation, machinery activation, chemical activation, seed crystal activation and so on to stimulate gangue's latent activation, then carry on the orthogonal experiment with the accessory material (mainly lime and gypsum) whose performance meets the requirement and price is low, to compounded grouting material taken the main raw material by the gangue. And has studied the hydrated mechanism and each basic physical mechanics performance index of grouting material, through the experiment of its work related and the durability, it was discovered that has the good gel gelation gelling nature and impervious performance, conforms to the general note grouting material inspection standard, may serve as the reinforcement material of tunnel to invade limits.%采取热活化、机械活化、化学活化、晶种活化等复合激发措施充分激发煤矸石潜在的火山灰反应活性,进而选取物化性能符合要求且价格低廉的辅助材料(主要是石灰和石膏)进行正交实验,配制了以煤矸石作为主要原材料的注浆材料。并研究了浆材的水化机理及其各种基本物理力学性能指标,通过对其工作性及耐久性进行试验,发现其具有较好的胶凝性质及抗渗性能,符合现时通用的注浆材料检验标准,可以用作隧道侵限加固材料。
