In order to improve the experiment skills of students majoring in animal nutrition and their consciousness level of scientific research,and further to cultivate the students’scientific research ability in animal nutrition,questions existing in the experiment teaching process,teaching content,teaching methods,experimental report,performance evaluation have been discussed,and corresponding reform measures have been implemented.Some teaching methods and experience to improve the quality and efficiency in experiment teaching of animal nutrition have been summarized.%为了提高动物营养学专业大学生的实验技能和科研意识水平，初步培养动物营养学专业大学生的科研能力，对动物营养学实验教学过程、教学内容、教学方法、实验报告、成绩评定五个方面存在的问题展开了讨论，并进行了相应的改革，总结了一些提高教学质量的方法和经验。
