在考虑企业的可观测数据和自报告评价因素后,提出企业全球化程度的衡量指标———DEG,提出并检验利于学习和创新的高绩效人力资源管理实践的三维结构,在此基础上探讨企业的全球化程度、利于学习和创新的高绩效人力资源管理实践与知识相关性绩效的关系,实证研究结果支持文中假设。最后对企业管理实践提出相关建议。%After considering the observed measurement component and a self - reported component,the article developed the DEG index to measure the degree of enterprise globalization,developed and tested the three - dimensional structure of high - performance human resource practices favorable to learning and innovation,and examined the relationships among degree of enterprise globalization,high - performance human resource practices favorable to learning,innovation and knowl-edge - related performance. The results of empirical study supported the hypotheses. In the end,the article made several suggestions for the enterprise’management practices.
