日本厚生劳动省营养与健康机构设置及近期工作重点

         

摘要

厚生劳动省作为日本食物与营养管理机构,在营养和食育、慢性病防治和食物营养健康等方面实施一系列行之有效的措施.研究发现,日本在规范化的营养管理体系下,开展了国民健康与营养调查、膳食推荐摄入量和营养师培训等一系列具体工作,通过实施全民健康计划、建立体检保健制度、改善生活习惯等措施有效遏制了慢性病发病率的上升,"食育"工作更是日本食物与营养政策的突出举措.最后,借鉴日本的经验,结合当前中国食物营养管理存在的突出问题,提出相应的对策建议.%As Japan's food and nutrition management agency, Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (JMHW) have carried out a series of effective practices and guiding measures in nutrition and diet education, chronic disease prevention as well as food nutrition and health. Research shows that standardized Japanese nutrition management system has launched a series of specific works, including the national health and nutrition survey, dietary recommendations and nutritionist training. By implementing the national health plan, establishing the physical examination and health care system, and improving the living habits, the rise of the incidence of chronic diseases have effectively curbed. Meanwhile, "diet education" is even more prominent in Japan's food and nutrition policies and measures promotion. This paper summarizes the practice and experiences of Japan, as well as puts forward some enlightenments and references for China in combination with the outstanding problems of food nutrition management. The work of "food and education" is even more prominent in Japan's food and nutrition policies.
