研究了在杂交小麦大田制种条件下,花期调节剂对以SQ-1杀雄剂诱导的小麦雄性不育母本异交结实率的作用;同时还比较了父本盛花期采用机动授粉器进行人工辅助授粉的基础上,父母本不同行比下的母本异交结实率.结果表明,花期调节剂对提高杂交小麦大田制种母本的异交结实率有极显著的效果;父本盛花期采用机动授粉器进行人工辅助授粉的条件下,父母本8∶8行比可以有足够的花粉供应,适合大田小麦杂交制种,应加以推广与应用.%Studied the role of Regulating Flowering on Female outcross seed setting percentage of sterile wheat introduced by SQ-1. At the same time, compared the female out crossing seed setting percentage of different male to female ratio using motor pollination based on artificial auxiliary pollination, at fertilization flowering stage. As a result:Female seed-setting was improved significantly by flowering regulator. that sufficient anther was available for crossing when the ratio of male to female was 8: 8, fertilization by using motor pollination ( based on artificial auxiliary pollination). It was suitable ratio of male to female in wheat cross breeding for using and extending.
