为了研究化学杀雄剂SQ-1对青海高原春麦区的杀雄效果及不同春小麦品种对SQ-i反应的遗传差异,采用时期为主区、剂量为副区、小麦品种为亚副区的三因素裂区设计方法,对化学杀雄剂SQ-1诱导青海高原春小麦雄性不育的效果进行了研究.结果表明,在Feekes 8.0~Feekes 8.5时期,5.0 kg/hm2剂量下,参试品种均能被诱导产生大于95%的雄性不育率.对参试品种进行人工饱和授粉,其结实率均能达到90%以上,证明SQ-1对雌蕊无明显影响.%To study the effect of male sterility of spring wheat in qinghai plateau induced by SQ-1 and the reaction between different cultivars, the three factors split plot design experiment including main plot, split-plot pose and the variety split-split plot. The results showed that all cultivars in experiment could be induced male sterility rate above 95% at the stage of feekes 8.0 - feekes 8.5 under 5.0 kg/hm2. The pistil fertility could up to 90% in the supplementary pollination,it indicated that SQ-1 had no obvious effect on pistil.
