磁共振弥散加权成像对肿瘤血管靶向治疗的临床监测作用

         

摘要

Objective: To research magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging for targeted therapy of tumor blood vessels the clinical monitoring effect.Methods: Randomly selected 20 as the research object, the only big white rabbit with tumor mass vaccination in the white rabbit's hind leg muscle, white rabbit muscle tumor model was set up.In the big white rabbit before, during and after the implemented targeted therapy of tumor blood vessels for the big white rabbit magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging, cancer center, overall, peripheral dynamic changes were observed and compared, and contrast analyzed was carried out on the pathological changes.Results: In this study, the tumor vascular targeted therapy, cancer center, the ADC values and treatment of the tumor as a whole, 8 days, 1 day, 4 days after 12 days of ADC value compared, there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Treatment of tumor, cancer center, 1 days after ADC values and surrounding the tumor treatment after 4 days, 8 days, 12 days of ADC value compared, there were statistical significance(P<0.05).4 days after treatment of tumor center, tumor of the whole ADC values compared with ADC values for the treatment of 8 days later, there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Surrounding the tumor treatment after 4 days of ADC values compared with ADC values for the treatment of 12 days, there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Treatment of eight days surrounding the tumor ADC values compared with ADC values for the treatment of 12 days,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: The blood vessels in tumor target therapy, magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging technology, can accurately reflects the dynamic changes of the tumor tissue after the treatment, in treatment effect evaluation and monitoring, have important application value, But it can not replace the MRI scan.so the magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging can be as one of important means of tumor blood vessels targeted therapeutic effect evaluation.%目的:探讨磁共振弥散加权成像对肿瘤血管靶向治疗的临床监测作用.方法:随机选择20只健康大白兔,将病人切除肝细胞肝癌组织块接种在大白兔的后腿肌肉中,建立大白兔肌肉肿瘤模型.在大白兔实施肿瘤血管靶向治疗前后,对大白兔实施磁共振弥散加权成像检查.观察肿瘤中心、整体、周边等动态变化,进行观察比较,同时对病理变化进行对照分析.结果:肿瘤血管靶向治疗前,肿瘤中心、肿瘤整体的ADC值与治疗后1、4、8、12 d的ADC值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗1 d后的肿瘤整体、肿瘤中心、肿瘤周边的ADC值与治疗4、8、12 d后的ADC值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗4 d后的肿瘤中心、肿瘤整体的ADC值与治疗8 d后的ADC值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).肿瘤周边治疗4 d后的ADC值与治疗8 d后的ADC值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗8 d后的肿瘤周边ADC值与治疗12 d后的ADC值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在肿瘤血管靶向治疗中,磁共振弥散加权成像技术,可以准确的反映出,给药后肿瘤组织的动态变化,在治疗效果的评价和监测中,有重要的应用价值,但并不能代替MRI平扫,可以将磁共振弥散加权成像作为肿瘤血管靶向治疗效果评价的重要手段之一.
