Objective:To investigate clinical effect of Budesonide suspension plus Terbutaline inhalation in children with asthmatic bronchitis .Methods :50 cases of bronchitis ,asthmatic children were randomly divided into two groups ,the control group with asthma cough expectorant ,oxygen ,and resistance to infection and other com‐prehensive treatment ,observation group were treated with budesonide in treatment based on a comprehensive sus‐pension plus terbutaline inhalation therapy ,evaluation of clinical symptoms ,signs ,and improve the effect of time before two groups of patients .Results:The cough ,shortness of breath relief ,wheezing lungs disappeared and hos‐pitalization time were significantly better than the control group (P<0 .01) .Conclusion:terbutaline and budesonide suspension inhalation asthmatic bronchitis treatment can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs ,to short‐en the duration and effective .%目的：探讨布地奈德混悬液联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：将50例喘息性支气管炎患儿随机分为两组，对照组采用止咳祛痰平喘、吸氧、及抗感染等综合性治疗，观察组在综合性治疗基础上加用布地奈德混悬液联合特布他林吸入治疗，评价两组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征及改善时间等方面效果。结果：观察组咳嗽、气促缓解、肺部喘鸣音消失及住院时间都明显优于对照组（P ＜0．01）。结论：特布他林混悬液与布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗喘息性支气管炎可明显改善患儿临床症状及体征，缩短病程，疗效确切。
