Objective :To observe the effects of target controlled infusion of different doses of sufentanil combined etomidate on elderly patients with tracheal intubation response .Method :100 cases of elderly patients nee‐ded general anesthesia and treated in the hospital in 2014 March ‐2014 September were selected as the research ob‐jects ,they were divided into two groups .The observation group adopted target controlled infusion of 0 .35μg/L sufentanil and 0 .50μg/L etomidate for induction of anesthesia ,the control group took target controlled infusion of 0 . 40μg/L sufentanil and 0 .50μg/L etomidate ,to compare hemodynamic changes and incidence of adverse reaction be‐tween two groups .Result :According to the result of analysis ,the observation group intubation immediately before and after intubation and 1min ,3min ,5min after intubation ,heart rate and mean arterial pressure were more stable (P< 0 .05) ,The two groups had no adverse reaction followed up after operation(P> 0 .05) .Conclusion :The effect of tracheal intubation response with target controlled infusion of 0 .35ug/L sufentanil and 0 .5mg/L of etomidate on senile patients is smaller ,and heart rate and mean arterial pressure is more stable .%目的：观察靶控输注不同剂量舒芬太尼复合依托咪酯对高龄患者气管插管反应的影响。方法：选择本院于2013年9月至2014年9月收治的需行全身麻醉高龄患者100例作为研究对象，随机分为两组，观察组靶控输注0．35μg／L 舒芬太尼及依托咪酯0．5mg／L 行麻醉诱导，对照组靶控输注0．40μg／L 舒芬太尼及依托咪酯0．5mg／L ，比较两组患者诱导时血流动力学变化及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组插管前即刻、插管后即刻及插管后1min 、3min 、5min 心率及平均动脉压均更为平稳（P＜0．05）。术后经随访两组未见不良反应（P ＞0．05）。结论：靶控输注0．35μg／L舒芬太尼及依托咪酯0．5mg／L 对高龄患者气管插管反应影响小，患者血流动力学更为稳定。
