目的：对老年男性糖尿病患者泌尿生殖系统疾病情况进行调查与分析。方法：对2005年1月至2013年12月期间本院所收治的老年男性糖尿病患者共400例进行分组，分为感染组与未感染组178例，未感染组222例。对两组患者进行诊断与治疗，并且对其治疗结果进行分析。结果：感染组的糖尿病病情明显大于未感染组（P＜0．05）。结论：尿路感染与各种并发症的发生有着密切的关联，因此老年男性糖尿病患者会面临更多的泌尿生殖系统疾病。%Objective:The purpose of the male genitourinary disease in elderly patients with diabetes to investigate and analyze the system .Methods :in 2005 from January to December 2013 period of the institutes in older men with diabetes treated 400 cases were grouped into infected group and uninfected group 178 cases ,222 cases of non‐infected group .Two groups of patients for diagnosis and treatment ,and analyze their treatment outcomes .Re‐sults :The diabetic condition infected group was significantly greater than that in uninfected group (P<0 .05) .Con‐clusion :urinary tract infection and the occurrence of various complications are closely related ,so the older men with diabetes will face more diseases of the genitourinary system diseases .
