Objective: To explore the efficacy and feasibility of the treatment of Henoch purpura with medrat in combination with anisodamine. Methods: 74 patients with Henoch purpura were randomly divided into treatment group and control group . The control group was given Dexamethasone and Atropine in the base of conventional therapy, While the treatment group was treated with medrat in combination with Anisodamine in addition to the conventional therapy. Results: The diminishing time of the alimentary tract syndromes and skin rash disappeared in the treatment group was shorter than that in control group (P＜0. 01) ,respectively;the overall efficacy rate of the treatment group and control group were 94. 7％ and 77. 8％ respectively (P＜0. 05). Conclusion: It is effective and safe to use medrat in combination with Anisodamine for the treatment of Henoch purpura.%目的:探讨甲基强的松龙联合654-2治疗腹型过敏性紫癜的有效性和可行性.方法:将74例腹型过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组.对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予地塞米松和阿托品治疗,治疗组则在常规治疗的基础上加用甲基强的松龙和654-2治疗.结果:治疗组腹痛,消化道症状及皮疹完全消退时间明显短于对照组 (P<0.01),治疗组有效率94.7%,对照组有效率77.8%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:甲基强的松龙联合654-2治疗腹型过敏性紫癜有效、安全.
