目的:探讨老年原发性高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与踝臂指数(ABI)的关系.方法:测定老年原发性高血压组67例和正常血压组43例双侧颈动脉内膜中层厚度与踝臂指数.结果:①高血压组IMT大于对照组(P<0.05),ABI小于对照组(P<0.01).②高血压组IMT与ABI呈负相关(P<0.01),对照组二者无显著相关(P>0.05).结论:ABI可作为西宁地区老年原发性高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度的指标,尽早进行干预治疗,以减少心脑血管事件发生率.%Objective : To study the relationship between carotid intima-media thickness and anklebrachial index in elderly patient with essential hypertension from Xining region.Methods : Sixty-seven essential hypertension patiens were selscted as hypertension group.Meanwhile forty-three healthy persons were selected as control group.Ankle-Brachial index (ABI) were performed, the bilateral carotid intimae-media thickness (IMT) were measured by means of mode ultra sounding.Results: (1) IMT in hypertension group was increased significantly compared with the control group (P＜ 0.05), while ABI was decreased significantly compared with the control (P＜O.01) (2) Hypertension group IMT and ABI negatively correlated (P＜0.01),no significant correlation between the control group (P＞0.05).Conclusion: ABI can be used as indicators to reflect the extent of carotid atherosclerosis in elderly patients with essential hypertension from Xining region.Early prevention and treatment can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
