在TDI的生产过程中会产生一定量的焦油副产物,为增加企业经济效益、降低产品成本,同时又符合国家的环保政策,从焦油中回收TDI产品显得尤为必要.本文介绍了5种TDI回收工艺技术,并从投资、操作、经济、环保等方面阐述了每种工艺技术的优缺点.%During the production of TDI,a certain amount of tar by-products will be produced.In order to increase the economic benefit of the enterprise,reduce the product cost,and meet the national environmental protection policy,it is particularly necessary to recover the TDI products from the tar.This paper introduces five kinds of TDI recovery technology,and expounds the advantages and disadvantages of each technology from aspects of investment,operation,economy and environmental protection.
