以对苯二甲酰氯与罗丹明B乙二胺缩合反应的产物（Rh－1）为荧光“关－开”型探针，研究了探针Rh－1选择性识别 Fe3＋的各种影响因素，建立了Rh－1荧光检测分析痕量Fe3＋的方法，其线性范围为1．0×10－7 mol／L～2．6×10－5 mol／L，检出限为2．31×10－8 mol／L。%A turn-on fluorescent probe Rh -1 based on rhodamine for trivalent ferric ion ( Fe3+) was synthesized .It was studied that the various factors affected the fluorescence of Rh -1 and Fe3+complex.And an approach was developed for the detection of trace amount of Fe 3+based on Rh-1 as fluorescent probe .The linear range covered from 1.0 ×10 -7 mol/L to 2.6 ×10 -5 mol/L, and the detection limit was found to be 2.31 ×10 -8 mol/L.
