技工院校化工仿真实训一体化教学改革探索

         

摘要

针对化工行业普遍存在高温高压、易燃易爆等特点,学生进企业实习缺乏动手操作;学校化工实训装置数量少,无法满足每位学生充分动手操作,而化工仿真实训正好可以弥补企业实习与学校化工实训的不足,提高实践教学效果。本文改变传统的教学方法,实施“教、学、做、思、评”一体化,在做中教、做中学、做中思、做中评,以“做”为主的教学模式,提高化工仿真实训的教学效率,实现了培养适应企业发展的高技能化工人才的目标。%For the high temperature and high pressure , inflammable and explosive characteristics in chemical industry , the students lack in hands -on during enterprise practice .Meanwhile, chemical training devices are unable to meet the demand of fully manual operation for each student .And chemical simulation training can just make up the shortages in both of them .The traditional teaching methods was changed into integrated teaching in this paper , which integrated "teaching , learning , thinking and evaluation "with doing by students .This teaching method improved the efficiency of chemical simulation training , and cultivated highly skilled professionals in chemical engineering .
