儿科护士PICC维护知识的现况调查及影响因素分析

         

摘要

目的 了解儿科护士对小儿PICC维护相关知识的掌握现况及其影响因素,为临床护理管理者建立培训方案提供依据.方法 于2015年3—4月,采用自行设计的调查问卷对197名儿科护士行问卷调查.结果 儿科护士的PICC维护知识得分为(61.73 ± 11.98)分,多元线性回归分析显示,专职从事PICC维护、承担PICC维护培训及为PICC护理小组成员是其影响因素,可解释其总变异的12.6%(F=15.331,P<0.05).结论 儿科护士掌握PICC维护知识水平尚有提升空间,提示临床护理管理者有必要针对非专职从事PICC维护、不承担PICC维护培训及非PICC护理小组成员加大培训力度,以充实其PICC维护相关知识,提升小儿PICC维护的护理质量.%Objective To investigate the situation of peripherally inserted central venous catheter (PICC) maintenance-related knowledge and skills among clinical nurses,and to analyze its influceing factors. Methods From March to April 2015,a total of 197 pediatric nurses were surveyed for PICC knowledge and skills by questionnaire. Results The score of PICC maintenance was (61. 73 ± 11. 98 ),at a low level. Taking responsibility for professional PICC maintenance and training and being a PICC team member were influencing factors. Conclusion The pediatric nurses'knowledge and skills of PICC maintenance should be improved, which implies that individual training plans should be formed,especially for the nurses who are not taking responsibility for professional PICC maintenance and training and being a PICC team member,so as to improve the quality of PICC maintenance.
