针对地下水封石油洞库变形场、应力场与渗流场复杂耦合结构及运行特点,列出了其对安全监测技术的特殊要求,并以地下洞室结构安全监测技术的发展历程为主线,从宏观角度提出了地下水封洞库安全监测的研究方法和主要技术路线,有助于推动地下水封洞库施工期和运行期的安全监测技术标准化建设.%In consideration of the fact that the underground crude oil storage caverns had the structural and operating feature of centralized distribution of deformation,stress and seepage field,the paper seek to list the special requirements for safety monitoring.While reviewing the development history of safety monitoring technology for general underground projects,research methods and main technical route were put forward.It will be some help for promoting groundwater sealing reservoir during construction period and safety monitoring technology standardization construction during the operation period.
