This paper introduced the concept of construction organization design and construction project management,from the project bidding, on-site construction management and other aspects,discussed the role of construction organization design in construction project management, pointed out that the formulation of construction organization design was conducive to the construction project made good construction effect.%介绍了建筑施工组织设计与建设项目管理的概念，从项目招投标、现场施工管理等方面，论述了建筑施工组织设计在建设项目管理中的作用，指出编制好施工组织设计有利于建设项目取得良好的施工效果。
