The paper researches the mechanism for the surface settlement out of the pits caused by the dewatering,introduces the common founda-tion pit’s dewatering approaches,undertakes the site deformation detection and three-dimension simulation,concludes the foundation pit’s dewa-tering on the general law of the surrounding surface settlement,and provides some measures to reduce the influence.%研究了基坑降水引起坑外地表沉降的机理，介绍了常用的基坑降水方式，并对某项目基坑进行了现场变形监测与三维有限元模拟，得出了基坑降水对周边地表沉降影响的一般规律，给出了减小这一影响的具体措施。
