This paper briefly analyzed the basic meaning of construction ground investigation design,and made comprehensive discussion accord-ing to the problems,put forward some improvement measures,including strengthening the foundation investigation and design object,technique and results evaluation management and other contents,to constantly improve the ground investigation and design.%对建筑地基勘察设计的基本含义作了简要分析，并针对其中的问题进行了较为全面的探讨，提出了一些改进措施，包括加强对地基勘察设计对象、技术以及结果评估的管理等内容，以不断完善地基勘察设计工作。
