The paper introduces the definition,functions,and features of roadbeds,illustrates the preparation for the roadbed construction,and researches the roadbed construction techniques from the construction measurement,roadbed excavation,material filling,earth pavement,com-paction,leveling,so as to lay the foundation for the whole road construction.%介绍了公路路基的含义、功能、特性等，并对公路路基施工的准备工作进行了阐述，着重对施工测量、路基开挖、填料、布土摊铺、整平、碾压等路基施工技术作了研究，以期为整个公路的施工奠定良好的基础。
