In light of synchronous excavation of the engineering foundation group,various interaction factors among foundations,and great foun-dation construction risks,the paper carries out engineering simulation analysis according to actual in-situ construction schedule,and concludes that:three western foundation excavation has certain influence upon six foundation enclosure structure and supporting system,while the internal force alteration is within structural design safety scope.%针对某工程基坑群同时开挖，基坑间制约因素较多，基坑施工风险较大的情况，根据现场实际建设进度对该工程进行模拟分析，得出结论：西侧三地块基坑开挖对六地块基坑围护结构以及支撑体系具有影响作用，但内力变化均在结构设计安全储备范围内。
