Through the analysis on the site survey of Harbin colleges and universities and the influence factors of universities and colleges build-ing exterior environment, this paper put forward reasonable principles and strategies to the protection and use of history building exterior environ-ment of universities and colleges, so as to reduce the destroy of extend colleges and universities students, modernization construction, establish-ment of new campus and other behaviors to colleges and universities historic buildings.%通过对哈尔滨高校的实地调研和高校建筑外环境影响因素的分析，针对高校历史建筑外环境的保护和利用提出了合理的原则和策略，以减少高校的生源扩展、现代化建设以及建立新校区等行为对高校历史建筑的破坏。
