Taking the construction programs of large-scale sports stadiums at home and abroad as the example,the paper introduces the identifi-cation principles for the sources of hazards in the program construction process and the risk evaluation,and indicates the prevention measures for the partial projects with higher hazards including the civil projects of foundation pits,scaffold projects,formwork projects,and steel structure projects,so as to achieve the aims of safety production.%以某国外大型体育馆建设项目为例，对项目建设过程中危险源的识别原则与风险评价进行了介绍，论述了基坑土方工程、脚手架工程、模板工程、钢结构工程等危险性较大的分部工程的预防措施，以达到安全生产的目的。
