Through the analysis on a new planning road status and long-term planning in a city,comprehensively consideration of the planning situation of road surrounding region land use nature,made research and design according to region long-term needs to pipeline,combining with the drainage system and design principles,elaborated the design modes of rainwater drainage system and sewage system,and put forward the en-vironmental protection measures,to gained the effect of protection environment,energy saving.%通过对某市新建规划路现状及远期规划的分析，综合考虑道路周边用地性质规划情况，根据区域内远期需求对管道进行了设计研究，结合排水体制及设计原则，阐述了雨水系统与污水系统的设计方式，并提出了环保措施，达到了保护环境、节约能耗的效果。
