This paper introduced the basic features and performance of Leica TS02 prism-free total station,made multi-aspect test to the ranging performance of prism-free total station under prism-free conditions,including sighting the same material in different environment,sighting differ-ent materials and different colors reflective target location and different incident angle range,and through a large number of test results made pre-cision analysis,gained some valued reference conclusion to city planning and survey work.%介绍了徕卡TS02免棱镜全站仪的基本特点和性能，对免棱镜全站仪在无棱镜条件下的测距性能进行了多方面的测试，包括照准同一材质在不同环境下、照准不同材质和不同颜色的反射目标测距及不同的入射角测距，并通过对大量的测试结果进行精度分析，得出了一些对在城市规划测量工作有参考价值的结论。
