The paper analyzes current building engineering tender offer problems including de-normalized agent unit operation,deficient evalua-tion method and BOQ compilation defects and so on,and puts forward corresponding solving strategies,with a view to promote sustainable healthy development of building engineering enterprises.%对目前建筑工程投标报价中存在的代理单位操作不规范、评标定标方法欠缺、工程量清单编制存在缺陷等问题进行了分析，并提出了相应的解决策略，以促进建筑工程企业健康持续的发展。
