简述了施工总承包合同管理中存在的一些问题，分别从重视合同文本的拟定与分析、建立健全合同管理制度并善加利用、商定重要事务工作流程并专人负责等方面进行了详细论述，并给出了相应对策，总结了实践中建筑工程项目合同管理，特别是施工总承包合同管理的技巧，以达到降低建筑市场风险，确保建设工程项目顺利进行之目标。%This paper described some problems in construction general contracting contract management, respectively made detail discussion from paying attention to the drawing and analysis on contract text, establish and perfect the contract management system and put to well use, agreed with important affairs work process and person responsible for the details, gave corresponding countermeasures, summarized the construction en-gineering project contract management in practice, especially the techniques of construction general contracting contract management, so as to re-duce the construction market risks, ensured the construction engineering project going on smoothly.
