对大秦线基层工务段的运行管理现状进行了简述，针对其存在的汽车定编数量不足，报废汽车更新不及时，制度不健全等问题，提出了及时更新报废汽车，控制运行成本，加强监控管理等完善汽车运行管理的措施，以确保基层工务段汽车运行的安全。%The paper briefly describes operation management status of basic Da-Qin railway business section. In light of existing problems inclu-ding limited vehicles, post scrap car renovation and imperfect system, it puts forward measures of timely renovating scrap cars, controlling opera-tion cost, and strengthening monitoring management and so on, with a view to guarantee vehicle operation safety of basic railway business section.
