This paper emphatically analyzed some common existing problems in current internship post-replacement, according to all kinds of problems proposed enhance the students’ specialty identity degree, give full play to the role of training and other countermeasures, and intro-duced the assessment and evaluation system the school established according to enterprise, colleges, students three parties, in order to compre-hensively improve the quality standard of students internship post-replacement.%重点分析了当前顶岗实习中普遍存在的一些问题，针对各种问题提出了提升学生专业认同度、充分发挥实训基地作用等对策，并介绍了本校根据企业、学院、学生三方建立的考核评价体系，以全面提高学生顶岗实习质量标准。
