结合某工程实际情况,介绍了40 m预应力混凝土T梁施工方案及预制工艺,并给出了外观质量控制措施,通过有效实施,保证了＂马蹄形＂部分混凝土的振捣密实,同时提高了T梁外观质量。%Combining with an engineering case,this paper introduces construction scheme and prefabrication technology of 40 m prestressed concrete T-beam,and shows appearance quality control measures.Through effective implementation,it guarantees the vibrating density of ＂horseshoe＂ concrete,and simultaneously improves the appearance quality of T-beam.
