Combining with specific engineering case, this thesis introduces the prefabrication technology and quality control of 36 m prestressed T-beam, respectively describes the layout of prefabrication place, main beam prefabrication technology, T-beam tensioning method, and duct grouting compactness procedure and other contents, and points out horseshoe part compaction is construction key. Therefore, the tensioning and mud jacking quality should be guaranteed.%结合具体工程实例介绍了36m预应力T梁预制工艺和质量控制措施，分别阐述了预制场的布置、主梁预制工艺、T梁张拉方法及孔道压浆流程等内容，指出马蹄形部分振捣密实是施工关键，应保证张拉及压浆质量。
