分析了我国工程项目安全管理体系建设现状，并结合工作经验总结出安全管理中存在的问题，阐述了工程项目安全管理体系构建应注意的几个方面，对提高企业利润、降低施工风险、提升建筑施工行业整体水平具有重要意义。%The paper analyzes the current status of the safety management system construction in the engineering programs of China, sums up some problems in the safety management by combining with some work experience, and illustrates some attentive aspects in the establishment of the safety management system in the engineering programs, so it is meaningful for improve interests of enterprises, reducing construction risks and promoting the integral level of the architectural construction industry.
