Taking the waste heat power generation of rotary kiln program as the example, the paper analyzes the features and influential factors of the overseas EPC program risks in Chinese enterprises, introduces the methods to identify the risks, and points out the suggestions for the risk control measures in Chinese enterprises, so as to reduce the enterprise risks to the minimum or control them within certain scope.%以水泥窑余热发电工程项目为例，分析了中国企业海外EPC项目风险的特征和影响因素，介绍了识别风险的方法，提出了中国企业风险控制措施建议，力求把由企业风险造成的损失降至最低程度或将其控制在一定的限度范围。
