The paper analyzes some unfavorable hydrologic geology problems in the construction process of the bored piles, including the gravitational water, karst caves, and corrosive factures, and explores the treatment methods for these unfavorable geological problems at the karst caves of bored piles and corrosive factures by combining with factual engineering examples, so as to direct the construction of the bored piles.%针对桥梁工程钻孔灌注桩施工过程中遇到的地下重力水、溶洞、溶蚀性裂隙等不良水文地质问题进行了分析，结合实际案例，对钻孔灌注桩溶洞、溶蚀裂隙等不良地质处理方法进行了探讨，对钻孔灌注桩施工起到很好的指导作用。
