斜井井筒穿厚软湿陷黄土地层施工技术研究

         

摘要

Combining with the construction of the shaft of some inclined well, through analyzing the deformation principle of shaft surrounding rock, the study adopts the loess comprehensive technique of the grouting and consolidation at rail pile columns, the advanced support of the forepole thread steel and metal shoving and wedge, and the replacement stone column at bottom plate, and guarantees the shaft to go through thick soft collapsible loess layer, so as to accumulate experience for the shaft and drift construction with similar geological conditions.%结合某斜井井筒施工情况,通过分析井筒围岩变形原理,采用了钢轨桩柱注浆加固、前探螺纹钢和金属撞楔超前支护、碎石置换底板黄土综合技术,保证了井筒顺利通过巨厚松软湿陷黄土层,为类似地质条件下井巷施工积累了经验。
