The article discusses the cost management control in highway project construction,analyzes the influential factors and basic principles of cost control,puts forward major methods of cost management control theory in project construction,and introduces the cost control management case application in the sectional engineering construction of Jiang-Zhao highway construction project,with a view to guide practice.%针对高速公路项目建设中的成本管理控制展开讨论,对成本控制的影响因素、基本原则进行了分析,并提出成本管理控制理论在项目建设中的主要实现方式,介绍了江肇高速公路在建项目的某标段工程建设的成本控制管理方法,以指导实践。
